Ryetec Outperforms the Competition with Market-Leading Cost Savings

In a recent demonstration, Ryetec’s 4M ALD-E Restorer proved its value against two main competitors, showcasing its superior performance and cost-saving benefits.

The demonstration compared the 4M ALD-E to two 3M competitor machines, all running on a 200HP tractor. While the competitors required 90% of the tractor's power at 8km/h, the same tractor easily pulled the Ryetec Restorer at 4M wide, using significantly less fuel— (12L and 8L per hour less than its competitors). The customer quickly noted the improved performance, with greater output achieved using less fuel.

Next, we compared wearing metal costs, a common concern among customers due to our full-leg design. Remarkably, the Restorer's wearing metal costs were 60% and 40% lower than the competition. The estimated cost per acre was just £2.20 + VAT This was in a medium mody, abrasive sand and stone soil.

After running the numbers, the customer concluded that although our machine carries a higher upfront price, the premium was well worth it. The superior adaptability, reduced establishment costs, and increased efficiency made the Ryetec Restorer the clear choice. In fact, the savings in wearing metal costs alone would offset the initial price difference within the first year!

Overall, the demonstration clearly showed that the Ryetec Restorer not only delivers better performance but also significantly reduces running costs, proving once again that it’s the ideal choice for today’s farmers.
