Questions by category
The standard Weightbox & Workbox weighs 400–2,000 kg and fits Cat 2 linkage. The Compact version has a counterweight of up to 1,000 kg and projects less. The LT is a lower-cost box with 600–1,500 kg of permanent ballast. The Smartbox has removable weight inserts in three sizes, and the very compact Workbox Mini fits Cat 0/1 or 1/2 linkage.
Yes, on most models. The Smartbox takes optional removable weight inserts, and the standard Weightbox & Workbox, Compact Weightbox and Workbox Mini have a detachable underslung weight block for adding or removing ballast. The LT Weightbox uses a permanent concrete counterweight, so choose its weight to suit your heaviest implement.
Both Peruzzo chippers take branches up to 10 cm. The TB100 comes as a tractor PTO model for 30 hp and up, petrol models on wheels, a road-towable trailed version and a hydraulic version for front loaders. The TB100C is a self-propelled tracked version, only 66 cm wide, for rough ground and narrow access.
A wholecrop header fits on the front of a self-propelled forage harvester and cuts cereals and other crops as whole plants for silage. Ryetec offers the Quickcut in 4 m and 6 m fixed widths with an interchangeable headstock, and Marangon disc headers in 6 m fixed or 6.2 m Foldbar folding versions. Both use an 830 mm floating auger.
Ryetec's Professional splitters give 7–10 tonnes for heavy domestic and commercial firewood and run from a 13 amp plug, petrol engine or tractor. Vertical splitters give 12–22 tons with waist-height splitting. Horizontal splitters give 13–30 tons, with 40 and 50 ton models to order, and split cordwood up to 3 m long.
Tractor hydraulic drive suits modern tractors with good oil flow; Ryetec recommends over 50 litres per minute for its vertical splitters and does not recommend tractor hydraulics for older, low-flow tractors or for horizontal splitters over 1.05 m. PTO drive, with its own oil tank and pump, works independently of the tractor's hydraulics.
A KTS timber trailer with crane lets you load and transport timber with the trailer's own crane, with trailers from 5.5 to 13 tonnes for tractors from 30 hp. A K.T.S Klaw or rotating Grapple instead uses your existing loader, telehandler or forklift for stacking logs, loading trailers and feeding firewood processors.
A log saw bench such as the Ryetec CS700 cuts logs to length, up to 30 cm diameter, and is usually paired with a separate log splitter. A firewood processor cuts and splits in one machine, so it suits higher volumes. Combination stations like the Contractor Combi sit in between, with a saw bench and splitter that can run separately.
Use the Zocon Greenkeeper (3–8 m) to rejuvenate and overseed grassland, the Greenseeder (4.5–9.5 m) to undersow grass into standing maize, and the Precision Tined Weeder (3–15 m) for mechanical weed control. Zocon air seeders (150, 300 or 450 L) add sowing to these and other implements.
Yes. ISOBUS control is available on Zocon seeders, the Greenkeeper and the Greenseeder, and Topcon screen control is a further option on the seeders and Greenkeeper. Zocon seeders are equipped with the Disco control box, which has memory and 24 positions for sowing rate and air displacement.
A low disturbance subsoiler relieves compaction below the surface without inverting the soil or leaving a rough finish. On Ryetec Restorer machines, a large cutting disc slices the surface ahead of each low disturbance point, so the pan is fractured to improve drainage and rooting while surface disturbance is kept to a minimum.
Choose the Restorer ALD-S for a versatile 3–8 m toolbar that works front or rear mounted with a drill or cultivator; the ALD-E as a stand-alone arable subsoiler with packer; the PHT to run close-coupled ahead of a PTO power harrow; the Track Eradicator to target wheelings; the GLD for grassland; or the Riot for one-pass subsoiling, mixing and consolidation.
Shearbolt or shearbar protection is the simpler option: a bolt shears when a leg hits an obstruction and is replaced before carrying on. Auto reset lets the leg ride over the obstruction and return to work automatically, which saves downtime on stony ground. Most Ryetec Restorer models offer both; which one is standard depends on the model and working width.
The Ryetec Rapid Mover fits all types of telehandlers and wheeled loaders with bolt-on brackets for moving implements. Zocon bale clamps, rubber scrapers and sweepers fit most tractor loaders and wheel loaders through bolt-on bracket systems, with more than 100 options available.
Questions by product
The Restorer ALD-S comes as a Standard (S) or Heavy Duty (H) variant. The S model works at 125-300 mm and the H model at 125-400 mm, with the extra depth requiring optional LDS legs on the H model. Depth is set without tools using frame-mounted wheels and adjustable legs.
Yes, the Restorer ALD-S can run front mounted with a rear-mounted cultivator, drill or combination. It can also be rear mounted as a stand-alone machine with an optional rear packer and seeding equipment, or rear mounted with an optional hydraulic drawbar for towing cultivators or drills in a single pass.
The Restorer ALD-E has the same core features as the ALD-S, including 450 mm discs, steering legs and discs and a 260 mm point-to-point leg stagger, but is built as a stand-alone machine working with a hydraulically depth adjustable rear packer roller. The ALD-S is a toolbar that can also carry or tow other equipment.
The Restorer ALD-E is available in 3, 4, 5 and 6 m working widths, with legs set at 500 mm spacing. Each leg has a large 450 mm cutting disc ahead of it, and the rear packer roller is hydraulically depth adjustable to control working depth.
The Restorer GLD is a 3 m low disturbance grassland subsoiler that loosens the soil, breaks the pan, removes compaction and improves drainage and aeration. Discs cut the surface, legs follow to fissure the subsoil, and the cracks let roots grow, water drain and oxygen reach the soil for better grass growth and longer grazing seasons.
The Restorer GLD has a working depth of up to 500 mm, set using hydraulic packer depth control with stop spacers. The machine weighs 1,600 kg and has a heavy duty frame with Category 2 and 3 linkage, so check your tractor's lift capacity and front ballast before fitting.
The Track Eradicator S is rated for tractors up to 400 hp and works to a maximum depth of 300 mm. The Track Eradicator HD is rated up to 650 hp with a maximum depth of 500 mm. Both models are offered with 2 or 4 legs and with shearbolt or Auto Reset leg protection.
Yes, the Track Eradicator uses a frame clamping system so each leg can be positioned exactly relative to the tractor's wheel or track width and wheel centres. Legs and points can be changed and adjusted without tools, and customer-preferred legs and points can be specified.
The Ryetec Contractor Combi is a firewood processing station that combines a circular saw bench, a log splitter and a conveyor in one unit. It is a cost-effective, built-to-order machine for all types of wood, suited to entry-level firewood production and small farms.
Yes, on the Contractor Combi the saw and splitter can be used separately, so a small farm needs only one tractor to run the station. The saw bench has UK-compliant safety guarding for single-handed operation, making it a practical first step into firewood processing.
The Ryetec Riot is a one-pass machine that combines subsoiling, soil mixing and consolidation to create a seedbed with less traditional tillage. Subsoiling legs remove compaction, a twin row of hydraulically adjustable cutting discs mixes the soil, and a hydraulically adjustable ridged packer roller consolidates the surface.
Yes, optional seeder kits allow the Ryetec Riot to sow cover crops and oilseed rape in the same pass as subsoiling, mixing and consolidation. The twin-row cutting discs are hydraulically adjustable for depth and angle, so they can be set aggressively or shallow to suit field conditions.
Tractor hydraulic drive is available on Ryetec horizontal cordwood splitters but is not recommended for machines over 1.05 m splitting length. For longer machines, choose PTO drive with a self-contained oil tank and pump, or 3-phase electric. Self-powered petrol, diesel or 3-phase electric versions are also built.
Ryetec horizontal log splitters come in 13, 16, 22 and 30 ton models, with 40 and 50 ton versions made to order. Maximum splitting lengths are 1.05 m, 1.25 m, 1.50 m, 1.75 m, 2.00 m, 2.5 m and 3.0 m, so long cordwood can be split before processing.
The Ryetec vertical log splitter mounts on Cat 1 and 2 three-point linkage. The tractor hydraulic version suits modern tractors with oil flows over 50 litres per minute and is not recommended for older low-flow tractors. Otherwise, choose PTO drive with its own oil tank and pump, a combination PTO and hydraulic version, or 3-phase electric.
The Ryetec vertical log splitter comes in three models: CV12, CV16 and CV22, giving 12, 16 or 22 tons of splitting force. Standard maximum log length is 1.10 m, with 1.25 m available on the 12 and 16 ton models and 1.40 m on the 22 ton model.
Yes, the electric Professional log splitters run from a standard 240-volt 13 amp supply, with single and twin-pump Super versions available. If you have no mains power nearby, petrol engine models are offered, and dual-powered models can run on either electric or tractor power.
Yes, tractor-driven Professional log splitters run either from the tractor's hydraulic supply or from the PTO on three-point linkage. PTO drive is recommended for older tractors or those with less reliable hydraulics, and combined electric and PTO models let you split with or without the tractor.
The CS700 saw bench cuts logs up to 30 cm in diameter with its 700 mm tungsten-tipped blade. The smaller CS600 model, which runs on 16 amp 240 V, cuts up to 22 cm. The tungsten-tipped blade runs for around 300 hours before it needs re-tipping.
The CS700 log saw is available as the CS700/220 on a 16 amp 240 V supply, the CS700/380 on 16 amp 415 V, the CS700/9P with a 9 hp petrol engine and the CS700/PTO driven by a tractor's 540 PTO. All four versions cut logs up to 30 cm in diameter.
The Peruzzo TB100C chips branches up to 10 cm in diameter. Its drum-style rotor drags material in for consistent chipping, two hardened reversible chipping blades do the cutting, and chips are thrown 5 to 7 m through an adjustable discharge chute.
The Peruzzo TB100C chipper is only 66 cm wide, so it fits through narrow gateways and garden entrances. Overall dimensions are 2.1 m x 0.65 m x 1.65 m and it weighs 370 kg, and its tracks let it climb hillsides and cross rough ground.
The Peruzzo TB100 chipper comes as a PTO model on three-point linkage, petrol models on wheels (13 hp TB100 B and 18 hp TB100 W), a trailed petrol model on a road-legal trailer, and a hydraulic TB100 Hydro for front loaders. The tracked TB100C is the self-propelled version.
The TB100 PTO chipper is listed for tractors of 30 hp and up on three-point linkage, weighs 180 kg and chips up to 10 cm. The TB100 Hydro runs from a hydraulic flow of 45 to 65 litres per minute on a front loader and chips branches up to 8 cm.
The recommended tractor power for a fully loaded KTS timber trailer is 30 hp and up for the SR 5.5 tonne, 40 hp and up for the S 7.0 tonne, 65 hp and up for the 8.5 tonne, 85 hp and up for the 10 tonne and 110 hp and up for the 13 tonne model.
KTS forestry timber trailers come with load capacities of 5.5, 7.0, 8.5, 10.0, 10.6 and 13 tonnes, plus a 13 tonne XL with a longer bed. Standard cranes range from 5.3 m reach on the 8.5 tonne model to 7.5 m on the 13 tonne, and the range offers cranes reaching up to 8.5 m.
Zocon tipping trailers come in five models. The Z030 has a 240 x 150 x 40 cm box and 3,950 kg maximum weight; the Z045 and Z050 have 340 x 180 x 40 cm boxes (5,800 and 6,400 kg); the Z080 and Z100 have 450 x 220 x 60 cm boxes (10,300 and 12,700 kg). Tipping angles are 50 to 52 degrees.
Every Zocon tipping trailer has brakes, chosen to suit your tractor: an overrun brake, air brakes for tractors with an air supply, or hydraulic brakes for tractors with a hydraulic brake supply. The overrun brake is not available on the larger Z080 and Z100 models.
The Ryetec firewood conveyor can be electrically powered, in single-phase or three-phase versions, or hydraulically driven from the back of a tractor or from a hydraulic power pack. This lets it work alongside mains-powered or tractor-driven firewood equipment.
Choose the wheeled Motofrog (MP75W) for moderate terrain and the tracked Motofrog (MP75T) for extra traction and stability on rough or steep ground. Both have the same 13.5 hp Briggs & Stratton engine and 75 cm cut. Dual wheels are also available as an option.
The Peruzzo Motofrog 75 cuts 75 cm, and the whole unit is only 90 cm wide, so it fits through gates and narrow access points. Overall dimensions are 1.8 m long, 0.90 m wide and 1.25 m high. It has 4 forward and 2 reverse gears for manoeuvring on awkward sites.
The Triflex gang flail mower needs a minimum of 70 hp for the 4.2 m Triflex 4200 and 80 hp for the 5.0 m Triflex 5000. The standard PTO speed is 1000 rpm, and an optional gearbox converts the machine to run at 540 rpm for tractors without 1000 rpm PTO.
The Triflex mower comes in 4.2 m and 5.0 m cutting widths, and both fold to a transport width of 2.25 m. The Triflex 4200 weighs 1,700 kg with 72 hammer flails, and the Triflex 5000 weighs 1,800 kg with 84 hammer flails. You can mow with one, two or all three heads.

The Mini Flail Mower E models (M960E and M1120E) are lighter, at 95–100 kg, and suit the smallest compact tractors. They take paddle flails only as an option and cannot take the front castor kit. The standard M1000 to M1600 models are heavier and can take optional scarifying blades and front castor wheels.
The Ryetec PF flail mower is listed for John Deere out-front mowers. The PF1600 fits the F1435/45, F1564, F1550 and F1570. The PF1600HD fits the F1445, F1550, F1570/75 and F1580/85. The PF1800HD fits the F1570/75 and F1580/85. Contact Ryetec on 01944 728186 to check other makes.
The PF HD front flail mower has a thicker chassis, larger flail shaft and hood, larger front castors and 5 mm Y flails, making it heavier and tougher. The standard PF is lighter, with a thinner chassis, smaller castors and 4 mm Y flails. Only the standard PF can take scarifying blades.
A 4-in-1 multi-use flail mower is a single tractor mower that works in four modes: in-line field mowing, verge mowing, ditch mowing, and bank and hedge mowing. The Ryetec Professional Multi Use Flail Mower (MUP) achieves this with hydraulic offset and incline of the mowing head, and suits agricultural and municipal work.
The MUP flail mower has a breakback safety system and a hydraulic safety device with a nitrogen accumulator, so the head can swing back when it strikes an obstacle. The double HARDOX steel frame with counter knife, forged 15 mm anti-wear skids and CE safety protections add durability for arduous verge and bank work.
The Heavy Duty Professional Flail Mower needs 35 hp for the 1.6 m Y flail model, 45 hp for the 1.8 m and 55 hp for the 2.0 m. Hammer flail versions need 40 hp at 1.6 m and 50 hp at 1.8 m. Weights range from 340 kg to 463 kg depending on width and flail type.
The HD Professional flail mower comes with either 5 mm Y flails or 0.6 kg hammer flails, and both cut scrub up to 35 mm. Y flail models carry 96 to 128 flails across the 1.6–2.0 m widths. Hammer models carry 20 or 24 heavier hammers and are offered in 1.6 m and 1.8 m.
The SC470 sidearm flail is designed for tractors weighing above 2,150 kg, so ballast may be needed on lighter tractors. Contact Ryetec on 01944 728186 to match the SC470 to your tractor's power and PTO.
The SC470 side-arm mower reaches 4.65 m from the tractor with a 1.2 m width of cut. Up to 240° of head rotation lets it maintain hedges, mow verges and work into ditches, while the floating main arm follows uneven ground.
The Ryetec Professional Flail Mower needs a minimum of 18 hp for the 1.2 m P1200, 22 hp for the P1400, 25 hp for the P1600 and 30 hp for the 1.8 m P1800. Machine weights run from 210 kg to 290 kg, making the range a good match for compact and small utility tractors.
The Professional Flail Mower handles long wet grass, overgrown areas and light scrub up to 35 mm thick, yet can also leave a fine lawn finish. A full-width, height-adjustable rear roller with scraper rolls the sward and spreads cuttings evenly, so it suits estates, conservation sites and local authority grounds.
The Mini Multi-Use Offset Flail Mower suits tractors from 20 hp to 55 hp. Light MUML models need 20-30 hp (1200 mm) up to 30-40 hp (1600 mm); heavy MUMH models need 35-45 hp up to 45-55 hp. Minimum tractor weight ranges from 780 kg to 1,200 kg depending on the model.
The Mini Multi-Use Offset Flail Mower can cut directly behind the tractor or hydraulically offset up to 1.3 m from the tractor's centre. The head also angles hydraulically, up to +90° for hedge sides and banks and down for ditches and slopes, letting the tractor stay on level ground.
The loader-mounted hydro mower collector comes in two widths. The M1200C Hydro cuts 1200 mm, weighs 250 kg without linkage and has a 0.7 m3 hopper with 40 flails. The M1600C Hydro cuts 1600 mm, weighs 310 kg and has a 0.9 m3 hopper with 50 flails. Both tip hydraulically and can take an optional front roller kit.
Yes, the Front Mount Hydro Flail Mower Collector is effective in autumn for picking up leaves, litter and hedge clippings as well as grass. The paddle flails mulch everything they collect, reducing its volume so the hopper holds more and the material composts faster. Fine-finish paddle flails are standard, with scarifying flails and HD cast Delta paddle flails available.
Ryetec compact sidearm flail mowers start at 16 hp for the MP300, then 20 hp for the SL320, 25 hp for the SL420, 35 hp for the SL420H and 45 hp for the SL420HP. Minimum tractor weights run from 750 kg to 1,500 kg and can include ballast. All need a three-point linkage and 540 rpm PTO.
The Ryetec MP300 sidearm hedge cutter reaches 3.05 m with a flail head, or 4.4 m with a fingerbar. SL models reach 3.20 m (SL320), 3.80 m (SL420) and 3.85 m (SL420H and SL420HP), extending to 4.55-5.15 m with a fingerbar. Cutting widths are 0.8 m to 1.0 m.
The Front Mount Hydro Flail Mower needs 30-40 l/min for the PF1200, 40-45 l/min for the PF1400 and PF1400HD, and 50-65 l/min for the PF1600 and PF1600HD, all at 200-250 bar. It connects with two oil flow pipes and one return line.
The HD Front Mount Hydro Flail Mower has a thicker chassis, a larger-diameter flail shaft and a bigger flail hood, so it handles more grass. It uses 5 mm Y flails against 4 mm on the Standard. Scarifying blades fit the Standard only, while the HD can take cast Delta paddle flails for a fine finish.
The ROBOFOX ELECTRA is rated for slopes up to 55° and the ROBOFOX HYBRID up to 45°. Rubber tracks, a low-profile chassis and a low centre of gravity keep it stable on inclines, and an optional acoustic slope sensor warns the operator when the slope exceeds 35°.
The ROBOFOX ELECTRA is fully electric, with a 10 kW flail deck, 9.9 kWh battery, zero emissions and 2-3 hours' work per charge, weighing 560 kg. The ROBOFOX HYBRID uses a 28 hp Briggs & Stratton petrol engine for the flail with battery-driven tracks, weighs 620 kg and is rated to 45° slopes.
The Mini Front Mounted Flail Mower is designed for tractors from 18 hp to 50 hp. It is offered in 1200 mm, 1400 mm and 1600 mm cutting widths, so it can be matched to a wide range of compact tractors.
The Mini Front Mounted Flail Mower attaches by a Cat 1 three-point linkage or a triangle connection. It is offered with 540, 1000 or 2000 rpm PTO options and clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, to suit a wide range of tractors.
The Contractor Flail Mower is compatible with tractors from 30 hp to 130 hp, with cutting widths from 1.2 m to 2.8 m to suit the tractor size. It attaches by three-point linkage and is driven through a 540 rpm gearbox fitted with an overrun clutch.
The Contractor Flail Mower uses 1.4 kg forged and hardened hammers that shred hardwood shoots up to 5-6 cm in diameter. This makes it suitable for vineyard and orchard prunings, maize and cotton stalks, rough grass, and rough ground with stones and debris.
The Contractor flail collector needs anything from 25 hp to 100 hp depending on model. The 1.2 m C1200C needs 25 hp, while the ground tip Super models need 35–60 hp. The hydraulic 2 m high tip models need 55 hp (C1600CH Super) up to 100 hp (C2200CHS Super). The range suits medium compact through to large agricultural tractors.
Ground tip Contractor collectors (C models) empty the hopper at ground level, while high tip models (CH/CHS) lift and empty it hydraulically at up to 2 m, so you can tip straight into a trailer. High tip versions carry larger hoppers but are heavier and need more power. 'Super' models have a stronger, heavier build than the standard C1200C.
The Mini Flail Mower Collector suits compact tractors with an adjustable Category 1 three-point linkage. Minimum tractor power is 15 hp for the 1.0 m models, 18 hp for 1.2 m and 22 hp for 1.6 m. Its lightweight build is designed for safe use on small tractors even with a full hopper.
Yes, the CE models of the Mini Flail Mower Collector have manual tipping, so they work on tractors without an external hydraulic supply. C models tip hydraulically from the tractor seat, and CH models add hydraulic high tip on the 1.2 m and 1.6 m widths. Manual and hydraulic versions are offered at every width.
The Professional Flail Mower Collector needs a minimum of 25 hp for the 1.2 m P1200C, 30 hp for the P1600C, 45 hp for the P1800C and 60 hp for the 2.0 m P2000C. The hydraulic high tip models need 35 hp (P1600CHE) and 50 hp (P1800CHE). Fully mounted, semi-mounted and trailed versions are offered.
Yes, the Professional Flail Mower Collector can be fitted with an optional Cut & Drop flail door. When the door is closed, cuttings drop to the ground instead of going into the hopper, so the machine works as a conventional flail mower. This lets one machine collect on fine turf and mulch on rougher areas.
The Güstrower High Capacity spreader is a trailed spreader for fertiliser, lime, gypsum, compost, chicken litter and similar bulk materials. A hydraulically driven scraper chain feeds even difficult, sticky material accurately to twin hydraulically driven spreading discs, giving application rates from 40 to 16,000 kg/ha on the scraper chain models.
The Güstrower twin-disc system spreads fertiliser up to 40 m with double overlap, and optional U-type four-vane discs reach up to 42 m (urea 36 m). Lime discs spread up to 18 m. Disc speed is adjustable, mechanical border spreading is standard, and a splitter helps keep application even on side slopes.
The Marangon fixed header cuts 6 m, while the Foldbar folding header cuts 6.2 m and folds hydraulically for transport in less than 60 seconds. Proximity switches ensure correct disc timing when the Foldbar unfolds. The Foldbar weighs 3.9 tonnes and can be fitted with a quick-attach fifth-wheel transport option.
Marangon wholecrop headers are available with fittings to suit various forage harvester models, including Krone, John Deere and New Holland machines. An Autofloat system is available for New Holland harvesters for automatic ground contour following. Confirm the fitting for your harvester with Ryetec on 01944 728186.
The Restorer PHT has a through-the-frame PTO, so a PTO-driven power harrow or combination can be mounted close behind it. The drive can be a single shaft through the frame or an intermediate layshaft with two PTO shafts. A close-coupled, reach-adjustable rear linkage (680 mm+) with hydraulic raise and lower carries the implement.
The Restorer PHT is available in 3, 4, 5 and 6 m working widths. Legs are set at 500 mm spacing with tungsten-tipped points, are depth adjustable to 300 mm without tools, and are protected by a shearbar system as standard, with full Auto Reset as an option.
The Ryetec Quickcut header has an interchangeable headstock that fits most types and models of forage harvester, with an easily adjustable cutting angle. Call Ryetec on 01944 728186 with your harvester make and model to confirm the right headstock before ordering.
The Ryetec Quickcut is a fixed header in 4 m or 6 m widths with a three-speed 830 mm auger and interchangeable headstock. The Marangon range offers a 6 m fixed header and a 6.2 m Foldbar that folds hydraulically in under 60 seconds, using a 16-disc shaft-driven bed.
The Ryetec Weightbox and Workbox has an unladen weight of 400 kg to 2,000 kg, depending on specification. A detachable underslung weight block allows counterbalance to be added or removed quickly and easily to suit the implement on the back of the tractor.
The Ryetec Weightbox and Workbox mounts on Category 2 three-point linkage and can be used on either the front or rear of the tractor. All lights are wired to a standard 7-pin socket so they operate from the tractor's auxiliary lighting controls.
The Ryetec Compact Weightbox and Workbox has the same main features as the larger model but in a more condensed unit that projects very little from the tractor. It carries a permanent concrete counterweight of any weight up to 1,000 kg, compared with 400-2,000 kg for the standard Weightbox & Workbox.
The Ryetec LT Weightbox keeps the sealed full-width toolbox, lockable bonnet, LED hazard lights and custom nameplate of the standard model at a lower price. Its concrete weight is permanent at 600-1,500 kg, while the standard Weightbox spans 400-2,000 kg and adds LED work lights, toolbox lights and a detachable underslung weight block.
The Ryetec Smartbox uses removable weight inserts in a central box, so ballast can be changed for different implements, whereas the LT and Compact Weightboxes use a permanent concrete counterweight. All Smartbox models are supplied ready for three-point linkage mounting.
Ryetec Smartbox concrete weight blocks are available in 600 kg, 800 kg, 1,000 kg and 1,500 kg, plus 200 kg belly plates. Because the inserts are removable, ballast can be changed on demand rather than being fixed for the life of the box.
The Ryetec Workbox Mini comes as standard with either Category 1/2 or Category 0/1 linkage, so it suits smaller tractors. A bolster is available at extra cost. With a 125 kg base weight and up to three 25 kg belly weights, it adds modest ballast suited to compact machines.
The K.T.S Klaw log grab fits standard euro hitches and can be adapted to most other loader types using bolt-on bracket systems. It suits tractors, smaller loaders and telescopic loaders, and a bolt-on three-point linkage mount is available for the rear of most agricultural tractors.
The Grapple is a rotating timber grab with a 3 ton 360-degree rotator, a metre-long arm and rear stabilising teeth that let you carry logs lengthways without them swinging. The K.T.S Klaw is a simpler 185 kg claw with a 3.0 ton capacity and its cylinder protected behind a plate, suited to tractors and smaller loaders.
The Economy log deck has a chain driven from an independent socket on the tractor, adjustable feet and fixed rear bars. The Professional log deck has a chain driven through a hydraulic tractor connection, height adjustment from 850 mm to 1150 mm ground clearance, removable rear bars and can be customised to suit.
Yes, the Ryetec log deck can be loaded directly from a Ryetec KTS timber trailer, as well as by telehandler or forklift. Loading several timbers at a time keeps the processor fed continuously and reduces the number of times each log is handled.
The tractor-driven Rabaud Xylog 600 runs from a 540 rpm PTO and needs 90 hp at the PTO, around 110 to 120 hp at the tractor. It is also available with a 55 kW (75 hp) three-phase electric motor or a 75 hp Deutz Stage 5 diesel engine for self-powered work.
The Rabaud Xylog 600 is a high-capacity firewood processor for large-scale contractors and firewood producers. It cuts timber up to 600 mm in diameter with an Oregon harvester-spec chainsaw and can process 10 to 15 m3 of timber per hour, set up either as a stationary plant or as a mobile unit.
The CP1000ECO firewood processor needs only around 35 hp at the PTO and is driven from the tractor's 540 PTO. It mounts on Cat 1/2 three-point linkage and has its own independent PTO-driven hydraulic system, so it does not rely on the tractor's hydraulics. Electric motor or engine drive is optional.
The CP1000ECO is a smaller, simpler firewood processor than the Rabaud Xylog 600. The CP1000ECO takes logs up to 41 cm, splits with 16 tons and runs on about 35 hp at the PTO. The Xylog 600 cuts up to 600 mm, splits with a 35 ton ram and needs 90 hp at the PTO.
Yes, the Ryetec swath roller can be mounted directly onto a tractor's three-point linkage or fitted under various Ryetec workboxes and weightboxes. A detachable swath roller is also listed as an accessory for the Ryetec Smartbox.
Yes, the Ryetec Rapid Mover uses bolt-on brackets that suit all types of telehandlers and wheeled loaders, giving quick, secure attachment. Tell Ryetec your machine make and model on 01944 728186 so the correct brackets are supplied.
Yes, the Ryetec Rapid Mover has a folding clevis hitch, unlocked with a single pin, for moving trailed implements, including those with ball hitches up to 50 mm. Tipping the mover forward improves the operator's view of the hitch during coupling.
The Ryetec 3 point linkage mounted drawbar fits tractors up to 600 hp with either Category 2 or Category 3 linkage, so it suits a wide range of high-power farm tractors. It is built heavy-duty for demanding work behind large tractors.
The Ryetec RearGuard is a linkage-mounted guard that reduces mud, water and debris thrown from large agricultural tyres. Its streamlined design follows the tyre profile closely, helping keep roads cleaner, improving visibility and protecting the operator, the tractor and following traffic during field work and transport.
The Zocon Precision Tined Weeder is a mechanical weeder that removes weeds with seven rows of 7 mm tines, reducing or replacing chemical pesticides. It works in a wide range of crops from the drilling stage onwards, and can be set for gentle or aggressive weeding using the rear swivelling guide wheels.
The Zocon Precision Tined Weeder is available in working widths from 3 m to 15 m, so it can be matched to field size, tractor and crop. Each machine uses seven rows of 7 mm tines at 2.2 cm spacing for thorough, even coverage across the full width.
Zocon seeders come in 150 litre, 300 litre and 450 litre hopper sizes, suiting everything from small-scale farms to large commercial operations. Each can be configured with 4 to 13 outlets, and an integrated collector allows fast, accurate calibration tests before sowing.
Zocon seeders use colour-coded seed rotors. Yellow is standard; green suits rape, mustard, clover and alfalfa; blue suits rape, mustard, clover and radish; red suits mustard and grass; black suits cereals and grass. Rotors are quick-change, so you can switch quickly between seed types.
Yes, the Zocon Greenseeder has a high frame with 850 mm ground clearance so it can work in tall maize without damaging the crop. A headland positioner lifts the elements high above the crop when turning, reducing damage to maize plants on the headlands.
The Zocon Greenseeder is built for undersowing grass into standing maize, with 850 mm ground clearance and widths of 4.5–9.5 m. The Zocon Greenkeeper is for rejuvenating and overseeding established grass swards, cover crops and stubble, with 60 tines in three rows and widths of 3–8 m.
The Zocon Greenkeeper is a tine overseeder for rejuvenating and overseeding established grass swards, cover crops and stubble. Its tines work the surface while an optional seed tank sows at the same time, giving a quick, cost-effective way to refresh tired grassland without reseeding from scratch.
Yes, the Zocon Greenkeeper can be fitted with a seed tank of 150 L, 300 L or 450 L to overseed in the same pass. Control options are basic control, ISOBUS or advanced Topcon systems with screen control, and the machine can also be specified for front linkage mounting.
Choose the Zocon Universal Bale Clamp (B-01) for both round and square bales up to 1,500 kg, with a 70–245 cm clamping range. The Round Bale Clamp (RB-01) is for round bales only, gripping the whole surface so even pressure does not deform the bale. The Mini (MB-01) suits midi bales and lighter machines.
Zocon bale clamps fit most tractor loaders and wheel loaders via a modular bracket system with more than 100 bolt-on brackets, with Euro brackets the most commonly chosen. Example brackets include ZAD-2003 for Liebherr, Terex, Volvo and Komatsu, and ZAD-2012 for Matbro and John Deere.
A Zocon rubber scraper mounts front or rear on a tractor's three-point linkage with forklift input, or on wheel loaders via a universal attachment frame with brackets for more than 100 loader types. An optional 3-in-1 linkage combines three-point linkage, forklift input and Euro linkage.
Zocon sweepers come in four sizes: VM-195, VM-240 and VM-285, with 195, 240 and 285 cm widths, and the heavy-duty VM-300XL at 300 cm. Collector capacities are 204, 247, 290 and 800 litres respectively, and weights with collector range from 560 kg to 1,600 kg.
A Zocon sweeper mounts front or rear on a tractor's three-point linkage with quick-change, or on a wheel loader using the ZOCON uniframe with pendulum system, which suits more than 100 wheel loaders. The uniframe can also be used on the three-point linkage.
